3-1. QR Code Access Verification
Using SOYAL’s 701ClientSQL software or an integrated third-party reservation system, a QR code is automatically generated based on the reserved meeting room and time slot. Attendees scan the QR code at the entrance using the AR-837-EL’s built-in QR code reader for identity verification. Upon a successful match, the system unlocks the meeting room door and displays the assigned seat location on the LED screen.

With pre-programmed logic in the Web PLC AR-401-PLC-1616R, essential meeting equipment can be automatically powered on in sequence—lighting, air conditioning, motorized curtains, wireless projection, interactive whiteboards, audio, microphone systems, and environmental control devices. Paired with the AR-816RB latching power relay module, the system enables efficient low-power control and energy savings. When the meeting ends and the system detects no occupancy for 10 consecutive minutes, all equipment and power will be shut down automatically, achieving intelligent energy-saving management.

Using the Web PLC AR-401-PLC-1616R in conjunction with the I/O expansion module AR-401-IO-1616R, seat-mounted voting buttons and IR sensors can detect participant presence and enable real-time voting. Voting results are tallied immediately, with automated report generation. Integrated seat occupancy sensors also detect attendee absence, allowing the system to automatically calculate each participant’s total absence time and number of occurrences—outputting comprehensive statistical reports for smart attendance management.
