IoT Smart Locker – Self-Service Storage Equipment with Cloud Management and Electronic Lock Control, designed for automated storage and retrieval of parcels, items, or equipment.

1. Application Objectives 

1. By integrating the controller (AR-837-EL) with 701 software logs, it provides clear records of personnel, time, locker number, and items, enhancing transparency in asset management.
2. Using the controller (AR-837-EL) for identity verification and access authorization ensures that only authorized personnel can open lockers, enforcing strict access rights and security control.
3. Fully automated lockers operate without human supervision, offering flexible item retrieval services.

2. Features 

• Camera Snapshot Recording with Real-Time Upload to 701ClientSQL Management Platform:

Every time a locker is opened for storing or retrieving items, the camera is automatically activated to record the entire operation, including timestamp, user’s face, and item retrieval/placement actions.
Combined with the item retrieval record system, it allows searching by personnel, date, or locker number to find the corresponding video footage, providing traceable evidence in case of item loss or usage disputes.

• Identity Verification & Authorization / Self-Service Item Access

Supports multiple authentication methods including RFID, fingerprint, facial recognition, QR code, and password. Users can store or retrieve items independently without the need for human assistance.

• 701ClientSQL Graphical Remote Management

Through the graphical control interface of SOYAL 701ClientSQL software, administrators can remotely open lockers, check status, and monitor in real time. It can also detect anomalies (forced opening, malfunctions) and send instant alarm notifications.

• Email Notifications & Reminder Mechanism

After storing or retrieving items, the system can send notifications (Email / Line) to remind the user. If items remain uncollected past the due date, an automatic alert will be sent to the administrator.

3-1. Smart Mailbox

• High Scalability: A single controller can connect to 16 AR-401-IO-0016R relay modules and AR-1213P electronic mailbox locks.
• Large-Capacity Control: By entering the mailbox number in the “Alias” field of the 701ClientSQL software, up to 256 electronic mailboxes can be controlled simultaneously.
• Replacing Traditional Keys: Opens mailboxes electronically, eliminating the need to carry keys.
• User-Friendly Operation: Users can quickly open the mailbox by simply presenting a card to the controller.

• Easy Operation: Users can check available locker compartments directly via the display screen.
• Quick Storage: Place items in an empty compartment and close the door to complete storage.
• Phone Verification: Enter the last 6 digits of your phone number on the AR-837-ER reader.
• One-Time Security Code: The system generates a single-use printed QR code.
• Convenient Retrieval: Present the QR code to the AR-888-UL for verification to unlock the locker.
