Smart Mailbox & Locker Usage
- Smart Mailbox : SOYAL Enterprise E controller can be connected to 63 sets of universal module AR-403-IO to control 63 sets of mailboxes; it can provide the indicators of delivering letters, letters inside, alarm for unclosed mailbox, and can use SOYAL 701 software to monitor the status of mailbox
usage, send E-mail to remind the users. - Sharing Locker Solution : SOYAL mini controller AR-101-H is recommended in temporary lockers; visitors can swipe a proximity card, keyfob and even use NFC-enabled Mobile phone to replace traditional keys to open the vacant locker; and when connecting to computer，the records of the use
time and counter number for the administrator to check.

Smart Mailbox Integration Application
- When letter arrives in mailbox, LED light will be flashing to remind user and send a real-time message to software 701Client Pop Graphic; when user swipe card to open mailbox and take out letter, then close the mailbox, LED light will be off and the message will be eliminate in 701Client Pop Graphic.
It can also detect whether the mailbox is not closed and activate alarm when open too long. In addition, no matter what is the status (letter inside or open too long), the controller always provide real-time information for third-party integration such as property management software.

Mailbox Control System in Smart Community
- When matching with AR-401MO Module, it can automatically detect if the mail is in the mailbox; the high brightness white LED indicator illuminates the inside of mailbox; more convenient for the resident to open the mailbox by RFID tag instead of traditional key.
- The additional LED display board and Voice module can be added as reminders of the registered letter claim; or the QR Code on smart phone can be used as an identifier to open the mailbox or cabinet.
