Enterprise Series (E Series) Controller Dual-Door Interlocking Configuration

SOYAL support dual-door interlocking and multi-door interlocking solution.

For multi-door interlocking you need an additional I/O control board AR-401-IO-1709R, but for dual-door you can implement easy wiring and configuration only by a combination of Enterprise Series (E Series) Controller and Access Reader.

1 . Required/Applied Condition：

SOYAL Enterprise Series (E Series) Controller firmware version 20210819 and after; wired to access reader

2. Controller Setting：

For access controller with keypad enter command 44*：

AR-725-E	AR-331-E

Enter programming mode > Enter 44*002# / Enter 44*000# to enable dual-door interlock

(Command 44* is a weighted value command, please consider other necessary command as well).

For access controller with LCD Menu：

Download SoyalDeviceTools and obtain Commview tools, execute it

AR-327-E	AR-727-E	AR-837-E

Step 1. Select communication port (COM) or if using TCP/IP enter IP Address and Port 1621.

Step 2. Enter Node ID of the controller

Step 3. Enter command 20 17 02

Step 4. Select ‘Send’

Step 5. If the reply fourth digit show 04 indicated command has successfully activated.

Step 6. Close the program
