   3. Actively provide services and products to reseller and end-user.

3.Terminations:

1. 1. Failure to pay or paying insufficient amount according to the term of ordering.
   2. Without permission from SOYAL, SOYAL product can’t be sold online on any online shopping platform other than in Distributor’s official website.
   3. Return and refund without any reasons.
   4. Dissatisfaction of distributors technical services from reseller or customer
   5. Passing the technical issue from reseller and customer directly to SOYAL instead of supporting them.

1. Fill “SOYAL Customer Sheet” and read all term and conditions applied and submit it to SOYAL. By submitting the customer sheet, distributors have fully read and agree to follow term and conditions applied.
2. SOYAL will assess and review the submitted form.
