Questions : How to export access records with text format by 701ClientSQL? Time attendance function highlights.
Introduction:
701ClientSQL is available to export the personnel access records to 3th party integration software by time attendance function to calculate relevant reports, complete parameter settings had been written in Paragraph 7.5 of 701ClientSQL Manual, this document will only introduce frequently-used settings.

STEP1. Select “Import/Export Format of Card” on 701ClientSQL
STEP2. Parameter Settings
1. Begin Date and Ending Date:
Time Attendance Setting is capable of selecting the specified range of export date, system will export relevant data.
2. Insert Character:
Time Attendance Setting is capable of self-defined insert character of following options, available to cooperate to 3th party integration software efficiently.
3. Transfer Frequency:
Time Attendance Setting is capable of self-defined transfer frequency, it is recommended to select “Daily Transfer”, or “Daily Transfer” plus “Repeat Transfer”, preventing from conflict of data packet receiving. While having large-scale corporation and human resource department required to get access data immediately, then it is more suitable to select “Run Time Transfer”.
* “Daily Transfer” is required to be selected when using “Repeat Transfer”.
* “Daily Transfer” and “Run Time Transfer” is unavailable to be selected simultaneously.
(1) Run Time Transfer: Transfer the Time Attendance data in real-time.
(2) Daily Transfer: Transfer the Time Attendance data in fixed time. (military time)
(3) Repeat Transfer: Transfer the Time Attendance data with fixed interval. (hour/min)
4. No Day in File Name:
Tick off: Export the text file on a daily basis.
Tick on: Export the text file as one single file on monthly basis.
Fixed output Pathname/Filename:
Time Attendance Setting is capable of self-defined transfer name and path, provide the 3th party integration software to get data.
5. Item Order:
Time Attendance Setting is capable of self-defined transfer items, select “Skip” when not selecting more other options.
6. Card ID Format:
Time Attendance Setting is capable of self-defined transfer card code format, it could follow the specified format of 3th party integration software.
7. Transfer after Sorting:
After tick up the option, the export records will select each staff’s first and last access record only.
8. Assign Door:
Some of company will divide the controllers into normal access controller and Time Attendance controller, if your software only required to get specified controller’s access records, it is available to select this option.
9. Save Parameter/Transfer Now
It is required to press “Save Parameter” after modifying the settings; press “Transfer Now” for exporting time attendance file manually.
