When I try to save the user parameter, it shows error message as below picture.
The reason it shows error message is that you input some data exceed the allowed range.
For example, you only can set 4 digits for PIN code. If you input more than 4 digits, it will show error message.
Second, the card ID format should be 
Site code and card code both is 5 digits. If you enter site code and card code in the same site, it will show the error message either.
If you see the error message, please check if you input the correct format for PIN code and card ID.
