The connection with PC is normal. Why it will show “No Destination Controller” when download card user to controller?

Answer:
If it show “No Destination Controller” when you download card into controller, it means that you didn’t select the online controller or select wrong node ID controller under Dnld setting page.
Please click Dnld and then click the “All On-line” and then it will select online controller automatically.
After select the correct online controller, it should be OK for download the user data.
