Why scanning the cards out of available time zone, the system doesn't take the log as attendance record?
►    Problem Solving:
※Time Zone Setting: 8:00~18:00
Users scan cards out of available time zone, the LCD displays as below:

※    If using keypad controller, this message only shows in 701 Client.
The event logs in 701Client will show “(04)Time Zone error” as picture below:

Daily duty report doesn’t have Clock-out time, and no Off record:

※    The system will mark “Time zone error” as invalid, so this event log won’t be taken as attendance record.
Two Solutions:
1. By using two controllers: one for access control and another for time & attendance.
2. Allowing the accessible time until 19:00 for employees to clock-out.
