Questions : The setting of creating the record of invalid card and multiple failure of card reading by 701 Client Software, and it could also be exported to excel file.
Problem Solving :
- We could use 701 Client software to create the invalid card and multiple failure card reading record.
Steps:
1. Open 701 Client software first
2. Click I 
(Edits the view options) item.
3. Select “Abnormal Events Only”
4. Click “normal Events”
5. Click File à Multi-day View

Steps:
1. Open 701 Client software first
2. Click I (Edits the view options) item.
3. Choose the Start day and End day
4. Click “Show range card only”
5. Click File à Multi-day view

- We could export the excel file of record by using 701 Client software
Steps:
1. Click “Tools” à Time Attendance Export Format
2. Select the time period
3. Choose the output pathname
4. After all the settings below are done, you could start to export Format
5.Access to the storage path to check the daily document.
