What can be done to improve the situation when encountering this?
You can select the following options in the card column of 701Client:
- Dropdown menu under the selection tool icon
- Card data comparison option
After performing a card data comparison, the following will occur:
A window will appear indicating a duplicated card number or employee ID.
A notebook containing the duplicated card numbers will pop up, and you can find the duplicated card numbers and their corresponding positions and delete them one by one before saving the file.
