Questions : When I use CommView to enter command 18, the controller AR-721H will stop about 5 seconds without any response. How to solve this problem?
Problem Solving :
Command 18 can help you to get device status (event polling) or card present status of the device, so it may stop doing other actions when polling the information.
The first way to solve this problem is use command 84 after using command 18. Command 84 is stopping waiting for response.
Second way, please input other command after input command 18. For example, input command 18 and then input command 21(relay control).
Please suggest customers use command 2D and then command 25 to get latest event log.
