Please refer to the following figure, when I connect AR-829E by converter AR-727CM to PC, the controller message“offline”and then“online”is displayed frequently. How do I solve this problem?

A：

During network connection, offline will occur after idle for a long time. The default value of AR-727CM “Auto Disconnect Time” is 60 seconds. When system is running, if there is a lot of data transmission, which may cause other controller offline. To prevent this situation occurs, you need to extend the auto disconnect time or enable “Polling Message From Controller” function. Please refer to the following figure and instructions:

1. Execute “Net727” from Soyal Device Tools 

1. Input Target IP address
2. Click “Get” button to get the information of AR-727CM
3. Input “3600” at TCP idle Disconnect Time: (60~ 6000 sec)
4. Click “Write” button to save the setting to AR-727CM
5. Click “Exit” button to save the setting to AR-727CM

2. Please execute “701Server.exe” first

1. 1. Click “Com” icon, and then “Commnuication Port Setting” is displayed
   2. Select TCP/IP (No Comm Port)
   3. Enable function “Polling Message From Controller”
   4. Adjust “Polling Interval” to 200ms
   5. Click “Yes” button to quit the setting
