Questions : Why the outside handle of AR-323D can be freely turn to open door without presenting any card?
Problem Solving :
The situation is caused from the lower voltage of battery, when you present valid card to AR-323D lock last time, actually the battery has been in the lower voltage status that lower than the normal working voltage level, so the motor and the mechanical components of mortise can not returned the normal location, the result will lead to AR-323D keeping open status always, anyone can turn the handle and open door from outside.
So the solution to solve the problem is that please replace the new battery and present one valid card to lock successfully, AR-323D will recover normal status
Note1: While present card to lock, the device will sound 5 beep instead of normal 1 beep,
The 5 beep mean the warning of lower battery, please replace new battery timely
