Problem Description :
Some customer may met the situation: the battery of AR-323D is depleted and the user also forget to bring key, there have not other one at room, so how to open door when you met the same situation
Problem Solving:
The solution is that we can connect the extra prismatic battery to the two contact point of emergency power supply point on the handle outside to charge to AR-323D
- Use 9VDC prismatic battery
- The two contact point is not AR-323D are no polarized
- Charge to AR-323D for a while till the door can be open when you presenting your valid card
- Once the door is open, please immediately remove the extra prismatic battery , replace the new battery inside to lock, so that AR-323D can recover normal working status
