Questions : The AR-321-H does not transmit transactions to PC. The readers are well connected and accept data update from PC but do not report the transactions to PC. How to solve this problem?
Problem Solving :
1. Check the 701Server connection
- execute 701Sever
- click “line” icon
- Make sure the connection signal is show blue circle and white Y.
2. Check if you can download data to controller
- execute 701Client
- click ”Dnld” icon
- select the node id of controller
- click each button to make sure you can download data to controller
3. Check the parameter setting
- execute 701Client
- click “parameter” icon
- Make sure do not check “Specify Door” and make all blank show “None”
- Do not check “Only in Range” and “Sorting” and make blank of sorting show 0 – 1024. Then click “Ok” button.
