► Problem Description: Some customers install 701 Server and 701 Client with the administrator rights. Later, when customers login with another account and may find the error message “please uninstall and re-install the software."
► Problem Solving:
The customers can import "REGISTER" Records to another user account to run the software.
Step 1: When installing 701Server and 701Client software with Administrator rights, please select “Anyone who uses this computer”(for all users)
Step 2: After finished the installation, please go Export "REGISTER" Records:
Microsoft Windows ﹝Start﹞→﹝Run﹞→ Input "regedit"
Step 3: Right-clicking to export two folders by following roots:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SOYAL\701Server
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SOYAL\701Client
Save both register records of 701Server and 701Client into USB flash disc, so you can import them later.
