If you will edit user card date limit on AR-721E, pls check your hardware and only the newer version with built-in IC “U3” can support the function, the former version without “U3” can not support the function
Firmware Version Support: Upgrade firmware “721E_2V4” released on 2012/7/17 and later
Software Version Support:
701Server803 and later
701Client803 released on 2012/7/17 and later
Edit User card , tick”date limits” option and select begin date and end date and download to device
