Questions : Why is controller keyboard disabled sometimes with only 2 beeps heard when press any key?
Problem Solving :
All Soyal controller reader with keyboard have one same function that keyboard can be lock through pressing two key * # at the same time. But some users don’t know the function and sometimes they unconsciously
press * # simultaneously , the keyboard will be lock and can’t be used normally, user mistake that the keyboard is failure.
Hereby we need to explain the function detail to user
For this kind of keyboard controller without LCD screen such as AR-721H, AR-725H, AR-321H and so on
When press * # at the same time, keyboard will be lock, and then when user attempt to press any key, keyboard can’t work and there only occur 2 beeps as response
Only user can press *# again at the same time, there will occur 6 times beeps, that mean keyboard have been unlocked and can be operated normally
For another kind of keyboard controller with LCD screen such as AR-727H, AR-829E, AR-821EF and so on
When press * # at the same time, LCD screen will show “Keyboard Lock” words that mean keyboard is lock now
and then press * # again at the same time , LCD screen will show “keyboard unlock” that mean keyboard have been unlocked and can be operated normally.
