Problem Solving :
There is a way easily to capture the protocol commands by download the parameter in software and use Commview to monitor and capture the commands at the same time.
Please note that the device needs two COM ports via RS-485 communication (one for 701 software and one for Commview). You may use two AR-321CM to connect with the controller.
