Answer:

When Add one card number to one new employee, Why the user can access all door , but can been see any records in daily report and monthly report ?

•  Problem Description:
One Question from one End-User:
They have used SOYAL reader as attendance in their office for several years, last month one employee came, so HR dept. register one card to the new employee for access;  the employee can access every day
, after one hour,  HR person will export each employee report to calculate salary, and find the new employee can not be see any monthly report and daily report. What is the problem

•  Problem Solving:
The problem should be caused from duplicate card number.
That mean the card number have ever used for some former employee, the former employee quit , but HR person can not delete the card number from reader, directly register the card number to the new employee
So the card is duplicated in reader for two different user address. Every time the new employee with higher user address use the card to address, the system will automatically take the card used by the former employee with
lower user address, so generate daily report/ monthly report for the former employee, not for the new employee;
we suggest you to upload all user card data from reader to PC , and input the card number to search duplicate card for which user address,  delete the former user information especially card number , re-download user cards data to reader.  Make sure the same card number is only used for one user.

Step1 Upload user card data from reader to PC

Step2 Input the card number to search duplicate card for which user address,

Step3
Delete the former user information especially card number, re-download user cards data to reader, Make sure the same card number is only used for one user.
