Answer：
STEP1. Please set the path of 701Server as an exception from antivirus. Because the extension of the message file of 701Server is .msg that is easy to be mistaken for virus file.
STEP 2. Please add the Backup Message file(*.msg) to Second Folder and specify the path to a path other than the system disk, such as D:\MsgBackup\, so that if the message cannot be found in default path, it can be found from the second path.
STEP 3. If controller reader is Enterprise E series, please make sure the firmware version of the controller has been upgraded to Version 4.1 and later.
STEP 4. If the function of Time Attendance Export is used in your company, it is recommended to upgrade the software version to 10v4 and later, and enable the database mode at the same time.
