Questions : Why does the user card data become garble when 701Server and 701Client software are upgraded from version 806 to version 9XX or 10XX?
Answer：
Basically, when the software is upgraded, the existing data files will be automatically transferred to the new version, but it is better to back up before the upgrade to avoid data loss, especially when the span of old and new version is relatively large.

If want to upgrade the software from the 8.X version, it is recommended to export text file backup in 8Vx version first. If upgrade to 10vx and there are garbled characters,
you can use import method to retrieve the old data from backup text file or upgrade version 8.X to version 9.02 firstly and run correctly before upgrading to version 10Vx
