Solution:

Home Series (H Series) Controller do not support Date Limit Function, therefore the option cannot be ticked up in 701ClientSQL, please ensure by following steps:

Step1. Select F. Download Data

Step2. Check the Node ID of controllers

Step2. Check the controller model in 701ServerSQL – LAN, it should not have any H Series controller

LAN TABLE | SOYAL TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD

 Step3. If the controller is H Series, select 8. User Card Edit in 701ClientSQL and confirm the Date Limit is not ticked up.

Step4. If the steps above couldn’t solve the situation, please download the latest 701ClientSQL and 701ServerSQL, or purchase the E Series controller directly.
