To prevent from improper operation let card data loss and personnel couldn’t get access, Soyal controllers have the function of “Door open for any tags”, “Global Access” is the hint message that when this function be enabled.
H/E Series Controller Enable/Disable “Door open for any tags”:
H Series Controller with keypad:
*Press 0# simultaneously and sounds 3 beeps means enable, and 5 beeps means disable “Door open for any tags”
E Series Controller with LCD screen:
*Please disable 4-3-6 WG1 pass any tag function when “Global Access” message is from WG.
E Series Controller with touch keypad (AR-725E/AR-331E):
*To disable the function please input command of 36*00#
Multi-door control panel Enable/Disable “Door open for any tags”:
Multi-door control panel (AR-716-E16/AR-716-E18) will control all access transactions, if controller connect with the panel enabled this function will cause the invalid card could get access normally, please follow the steps below to exclude the error:
Solution 1. Conform the user card info had updated correctly
Step1. 701Client > confirm the Node ID and area of multi-door control panel
Step2. Select “Read / Write to Cxx”
Step3. Select control panel area and Node ID
Step4. Select “Read” and assign the user range
Step5. Select the connect function
Step6. Press “Start”
Step7. The progress bar will show up when reading card info, and the user card info will appear after reading.
Solution2. Confirm the function of “Door open for any tags” is disabled
Step1. 701Server > E series controller parameter setting
Step2. Select Node ID and area of the multi-door control panel
Step3. Select “Read from Controller”
Step4. Confirm the function is disabled, if has cancel the function please press “Write to Controller”
Solution 3. Confirm the H/E series controller is disabled the function of “Door open for any tags”
