Questions : How to deal with the dialogue of [RUN Server program first, please (0x01)] while opening 701ServerSQL &701ClientSQL?

Solution1. Execute 701ServerSQL before 701ClientSQL

(1) Press right button to close two softwares

(2) The dialogue will disappear when executing 701ServerSQL before 701ClientSQL

Solution2. Confirm the version of 701ServerSQL and 701ClientSQL

The version of the software should be synchronous, please check in the control panel. Please update the version to the latest or synchronous, download here >> Soyal software download

Solution3. Modify the IP Address and Port of 701ServerSQL / 701ClientSQL

This solution is applicable to two issues-

(1) The dialogue of IP Address / Port assignation has not popup when opening 701ClientSQL

(2) Default port value is unavailable to use

Step1. Login “Regedit”

Step2. Confirm the IP / port value are both sychronous

701ServerSQL: 電腦\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SOYAL\701Server\TCPLISTEN

701ClientSQL: 電腦\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SOYAL\701Client\701Server

Step3. Restart 701ServerSQL and 701ClientSQL

Step4. If the issue has not been corrected, modifying the port value to 6631 sychronously can solve the issue.
