We can ping the IP of 727CM, but cannot connect with 701Server. Why?

Questions : We can ping the IP of 727CM, but cannot connect with 701Server. Why?

Problem Solving :

There are three reasons might cause this situation:

1. DIP Switch setting incorrect. The normal execution mode and networking setting is to set DIP Switch 1~4 as OFF, OFF, ON, OFF.

2. Customer environment have set firewall, please make sure TCP PORT 1621 is open or not.

3. Please make sure the connection setting is correct under 701Server.
