Questions：How to delete the fingerprint and face data of Soyal controller biometric recognition database?
Introduction：
The biometric recognition data have been saved both in the controller and the PC, therefore, it is required to delete the data in both side, please follow the steps below:
*This FAQ will teach you how to delete the biometric recognition data, if you want to delete other data, for instance, the user data, controller parameter and etc. Please refer to >> How to change or reset different kinds of Controller Settings, including Master Code, Parameter Setting and User Data?

Step1. 701ServerSQL > E Series controller parameter setting
Step2. Select the area and Node ID of the controller
Step3. Press [Read from Controller]
Step4. Input the range of user that required to delete relevant data
Step5. Press [Delete Finger/Face]
Step6. After the data being deleted, the [Done!] will show up in the field
Step7. Open the file path of 701Server and delete the fingerprint and face data
- the file format of fingerprint: FP_____.FP5
- the file format of face: FP_____.FxL
The recognition data will be deleted clearly by the steps above.
