Notification of Adding a serial number label at the bottom of housing
SOYAL usually stick one serial number label on the connector of PCB board or the back plate of the product, the manufacture info. such as Model code/ frequency / serial number is printed on the label for tracking after sale. however, once the product is installed on site, the label can not be seen unless removing it from wall that is not easy to be done for users.
So we decide to add one more label at the bottom of housing or change the label location from back plate to the bottom of front housing. so it can be clearly visible for easy tracking without removing
