Introduction of releasing all door locks in fire alarm event (1)- CH1/CH2 RS485 Readers under AR-727-CM-IO

AR-727-CM-IO-0804M is built-in fire detection input (DI0); When the fire alarm is triggered, all door locks of CH1/CH2 RS-485 controllers under AR-727-CM-IO will be released for user to escape.

AR-727-CM-IO-0804M needs to enable the “Fire Alarm (DI0) Open Doors” function

(The function can be set on browser, default IP address is 192.168.1.127)

 


 

Introduction of releasing all door locks in fire alarm event (2)- IP-based controller & Multi-door controller through AR-727CM-IO

Enterprise E Series TCP/IP Controller support UDP release all door locks through AR-727CM-IO, connect fire detector central controller to Fire alarm DI0 input of TCP/IP controller or Multi-door controller

  1. AR-727-CM-IO-0804M needs to enable the “Fire Alarm (DI0) Open Doors” function
    (A) Each TCP/IP Controller shall be set Secondary DNS Server to UDP release all door locks function on the parameter setting page of browser
    (B) Specify the only source: Enter the specified IP address of AR-727-CM-IO-0804M IP
  2. Open any sources: Enter 0.0.0.0

The above two settings can be set via WEB Setting edit page on broswer, the default IP is 192.168.1.127

* To support UDP releasing all door locks function, the converter AR-727-CM-IO-0804M shall be updated with one special firmware APX727i3___VXXXX 8I4O XXXXXX UDP FireMessage.STM

 


 

Introduction of releasing all door locks in fire alarm event (3) –Remote control CH1/CH2 RS485 Reader under AR-727CM-IO

Connect fire detector central controller to Fire alarm DI0 input of AR-727-CM-IO-0804M; When the fire alarm is triggered, all door locks of CH1/CH2 RS-485 controllers under AR-727-CM-IO will be released

  1. AR-727-CM-IO-0804M needs to enable the “Fire Alarm (DI0) Open Doors” function
    (A) The option of Secondary DNS Server on each remote AR-727-CM-IO-0804M should be selected specified only source or any sources to release all door locks via UDP method (Set via WEB Setting edit page on broswer)
    (B) Specify the only source: Enter the specified IP address of AR-727-CM-IO-0804M IP
  2. Open any sources: Enter 0.0.0.0

The above two settings can be set via WEB Setting edit page, the default IP is 192.168.1.127

Introduction of releasing all door locks in fire alarm event (4) –Control CH1/CH2 RS485 Reader under Multi-door controller

SOYAL Multi-door controller AR-716-E16 and AR-716-E18 are built-in fire detection input. Only connect the input to fire detector central controller and then once the fire alarm is triggered, all door locks of RS-485 controllers under Multi-door control panel will be released for user to escape.

(Enable the function via parameter setting page on 701Server)
