Questions : When I transfer time attendance format file, it shows nothing. How to solve it
Problem Solving :
There are few reasons will cause the time attendance transfer file to be empty. Please follow below steps to check all setting parameter are correct.
- Please check each day event, make sure there is nothing lost.
- Please click “I” to check view options, make sure you didn’t select any filter option.
- Please click transfer and make sure you didn’t tick “Assign door” but select “None”.
- Make sure you didn’t select “Dep. Assign”
If you make sure all parameter setting is correct, the file should be normal.
