Questions : When controller connects with TCP/IP network, some transfer commands will force controller losing connection and reconnect after a while. How to solve this problem?
Problem Solving :
Execute Net727i software, and set Force Transmit time and Force Transmit Byte as 1000ms and 32bytes. You may try to increase transmit time and transmit bytes to improve connection. The reliability is higher when you set the transmit time longer and transmit byte bigger, but the transmit efficiency is lower.
Execute Net 727i software, and input IP at Target IP Addr.. Then please click “Get” button to receive the parameter for networking setting, and then please set the parameter as below:
Force Transmit time: (0 ~ 3000ms) 1000 ms
Force Transmit Byte: (1 ~ 32) 32 Byte
After revise the parameter, please click “Write” button and then click “Exit”
