Questions :   The voltage of AR-0600M is 12VDC,  after switch to 24VDC, LED is off then, why?

Please confirm the following items:

1. Check “input voltage” of AR-0600M, if you install many magnetic locks with one power supply, the power may not be enough at the last of magnetic lock.

2. Check the plate of magnetic lock, you can not screw the plate tightly, After you fix the plate, it should be loose a little, and the plate will fix to magnetic lock firmly. Because LED will off if magnetic lock does not fixed to the plate.
