Questions : When connect 723-H with 821RB external relay, it makes weird sound from relay. How to solve this problem?
Problem Solving :
The default setting for 723-H is to use 721RB (Digital signal relay). If you connect 723-H with original relay 821RB, please remember to disable the security trigger signal. Please refer to the below steps:
1. Please connect external WG keypad with 723-H first.
2. Enter programming mode: Input master code *123456#
3. Input command 34*000# to disable the security trigger signal
4. Input *# to exit the programming mode and the problem should be solved.
