2.Modification of LCD shift codes
4.Modify the shift display in the monthly report of 701ClientSQL.
1.Precautions
1.The attendance shift will be displayed in two places: the monthly report of 701ClientSQL and the LCD of the time clock.
2.You can modify the name content with a maximum of three Chinese characters.
3.After issuing the command, the controller needs to be powered off and on again to complete the modification.
2.Modification of LCD shift codes :
Step1. Confirm the Controller is inline
Step2. Select COM port or TCP/IP address in Commview
Default value command:
20 0B FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF... (64 units of FF)
8 bytes make up one group, the last 2 bytes are reserved (no effect).
► Use Big5 code lookup system.
Example: Change the name to "Entry" and "Exit".

After entering, click "Send", and you will receive a response upon successful modification.
Change "Work" and "Off" to "Class" and "Break," and leave the other shifts blank.

After powering off and on again, the screen of the time clock will display as follows.
3.Restore default values.
Method 1. Reset All Duty Name via Commview
Step1. Confirm the Controller is inline
Step2. Select COM port or TCP/IP address in Commview
Step3. Send the command

Method 2. Reset All Duty Name via Pressing Reset Button
Step1. Update the controller firmware
Step2. Press reset button directly and waiting for the flashing of red LED

4.Modify the shift display in the monthly report of 701ClientSQL.
Note: Although the hardware modification is successful, the software will still display the default shifts.
If you need the record file to display "Entry" and "Exit," you can convert the shift names to the format used in the time clock. Specify "Entry" for the start of work and "Exit" for the end of work, and finally export it as a text file.
