Questions : Why does the message show "invalid card" but "Door group error" while Set Up "Door Group " function on 721H?

Example: The card is not allowed to access on the door group,
but why did the message show “invalid card” but “Door Group Error” when present the card to 721H ?
The reason is listed as follows
1. Only “Connect H series reader to 716E”or “E series controller” show “Door Group Error”
2. H Series Reader can only show “invalid card”, not show “Door Group Error”
